"FAIRY SONG TEA"

I  dream’t of Fairies last night

PLEASE
Come in ... Sit down
and
Let’s enjoy a Fairy Song Tea.

I  found the prettiest cup and saucer, delightfully decorated with the “ Pitcher Plant ".

When sipping your tea, do take the time to look
and see the lovely  blossoms inside the cup.
                                       ( pretty, pretty )

It is a Royal Albert tea set, painted in my favourite
                                   black and pink colours.

I’m dreaming about the crocus.

Tea and Springtime dreaming  is a  magical time !!

My daughter brought me this divine tea from Montreal , actually, I think she forgot it( ha ha) ... because it is minus a few teabags and OMG ... it is so-o-o-o  delicious.
LUCKY ME

You can find this tea on amazon.ca, Indigo Books& Music Inc. or Tea forte.com

I love that it’s a caffeine -free tea and so available worldwide or online. The brand name,"Tea Forte", carries a
delightful variety of exotic teas, including:
Apricot Amaretto, Blueberry Merlot, Cherry Cosmo
                                      and a  Kiwi Lime.

Thinking about fairies fluttering around in the garden is an enjoyable past-time. Infact, on bleak, wintry days, I can often be found creating paper fairies and designing my new Spring Fairy garden.

NEWS ALERT
Fairies  are "frozen stiff" about the  inclement weather and the sleepy flowers.

(z-z-z-z-z-z-z-z-z-z)

Do you have Fairies in your garden?
or
are they all frozen in time !

NO PROBLEM
I have it on the best authority that,  today’s variety of "garden fairies" come complete with a no nonsense attitude, wing dryers and
a weather resistant personality.
They can weather any storm
as long as
"YOU BELIEVE

SO drink your tea LADIES and get ready to chant out loud, like the
 "Ya Ya Sisters
I BELIEVE in FAIRIES.

Today, we are experiencing ice rain and snow ... so  I pulled out this charming book that Hubby gave me for Easter.
The “ Fairy House” by Mike and Debbie Schramer is simply the perfect companion to perk up waning spirits.

It contains whimsical instructions for building Fairy houses and furniture.
(available on amazon.ca)

(Joyful Joyful)

I’m just not sure where to start...
It’s far too cold to sail away in a boat ... Isn’t it !

You and I could hum a little fairy tune in-between chats and teatime sipping ... If we wanted to !

                                                          TRA-LA-LA

Actually, I think that we could get quite comfy on this mossy little couch. Yes, I’ll snuggle here, with a cup of tea, your sweet company...

                                                                     and
                                   a few
                             Fairy Cakes.

                               THANKS
                       for joining into my
                           Fairy Song Tea.

I have a soft spot for black teacups so I'm loving your "Pitcher Plant" beauty.

So I guess I'm slow on the uptake because I just realized that you're also from Canada?!?

Thanks for the visit. The (free!) art auction preview was a great way to enjoy the arts.

Zaa, of course I believe in Fairies! They work wonders in my garden! I love the sweet black tea cup and saucer you have shared today. Royal Albert makes fine china, don't they? Your Forte' tea sure looks good for the evening...the name sounds familiar.
I love the sweet little fairies you have crafted. Very sweet.
Wishing you warmer days as you await the magic of Spring. ♥

What a darling, magical post, Zaa! Your fairies are so sweet and I'm in love with your elegant teacup. It's the same as the one on your fairy book, right? The Marmalade tea sounds so refreshing, and the other flavors sound wonderful. Of course I believe in fairies, and have a fairy garden outside, and inside. I hope your Spring arrives soon! Love and hugs are sent to you.

Such a lovely and enchanting post, sweet friend! The tea sounds amazing and oh, what a pretty little tea cup. My dear mom gave me a tea cup similar to the one you shared on my birthday. It's a Royal Albert, but it's the "Fireweed" from the same collection. The gold on it is exquisite!

Hugs to you!

Ice, rain and snow! Oh my! We must stop whining here!

Oh my, our faeries must be wrapped up in blankets, since it's been too cool to fly about. But today's temps are a wee bit warmer. Hope they get a little fly around.

We certainly need all the faerie dust, we can get. Everything looks quite bleak...

Thank you for your delightful post, even in not delightful weather... :-)

Dear Bali ... I’m so happy that you took the time to visit for tea...even while you are not feeling well.. Maybe the little fairies will sprinkle some get-well fairy dust your way...Wishing you a speedy recovery ....Hugs

Zaa, your fairies are adorable and I have a few here at my home as well. The RA teacup is lovely and yes, I too like a posy inside the cup to enjoy while sipping tea. Our weather here on the Island isn't all that great either. It was bitterly cold on the weekend and even at the first of the week. It's wonderful to have the songbirds back however. They are sweet little reminders that warm weather will be with us soon. Thank you for sharing with us and enjoy your day.

Hi Zaa. What a great post. I am a true fairy believer and fairies do abound in my Secret Garden. I spot them coming out for a dance, off and on this winter. Whenever the sun shines and is reflected off of their wings or, possibly, their little compacts, (they do like to keep up their beauty regime even when it is cold) and the wind chimes make music at the same time they love to dance. My little dog loves watching them too! Your tea cup is beautiful and the tea sounds delicious. Thanks for your visit to me and I am a new follower..Happy Thursday..Judy

Beautiful post - and of course I believe in fairies! Your little fairies are wonderfu!.

In Owl Wood we have several trees which have fairy doors in them, real ones. We have occasionally been known to have picnics in the wood, with Queen Mab (Queen of the Fairies) pudding as a special treat. Her namesake even attended a few of them - Queen Mab, the leader of our small flock of hens, who used to free-range in the little woodland. Magical times, very special.

Zaa said...

Hey Elaine... I love your little teatime story... especially picnics with Queen Mab ( Ha Ha) ..TOO SWEET...Having a British mother,I grew up with fairy folklore ... and still love the magic of it all.... It's healthy to keep your inner child alive and well ... Oh ..I would surely enjoy a few more teatime stories about your Queen Mab and the flock. They always such a source of enjoyment and animations ..Thanks for your magical visit...Hugs

Hi Zaa. Thank you for another visit. Yes, Kai is a funny little guy and quite a good tap dancer!! I know I already commented of this post, but while cleaning in the Secret Garden this weekend, I found the notice that is a part of my fairies door that I had thought lost. It lets everyone know that they are either in the garden or in bed asleep. So now we know that they are not just ignoring us when we knock..Happy Wednesday..Judy
